With this new offer, we aim to establish a modular development and networking programme for female students at technical universities of applied sciences (HAW). For this purpose, the cooperation project with the HochschulAllianz HAWtech and the TH Deggendorf has been launched. After analysing the needs and requirements of all stakeholders, the results were used to implement a creative programme starting in 2024.

Together, we are pursuing four central goals here:

• We intend to establish a modular offer for female students to ensure better networking and visibility, as well as to improve possible, concrete career options.
• The participating partner companies will be given the opportunity through an attractive programme to address talent at all participating universities in a more targeted and bundled way and to enable entry options. In particular, medium-sized and locally operating organisations are to be addressed.
• Participating technical-focused universities (HAW)  increase their reputation for female students on the one hand and strengthen their cooperation with the business community – or enter into new ones.
• Making diverse team structures, equal development opportunities and role models visible are topics that should radiate into society – and enable better equal opportunities.
