The flexible offer is based on three modules: Inner career, the outer career and the third module of the network. It is only through the combination of the three elements that the desired synergy effects arise for all participants.
The first module consists mainly of seminars and workshops – the outer career, on the other hand, is implemented directly on site at our partner companies through excursions and nuggets. In addition, networking is realised in a superordinate way and leads like a red thread through the modular programme.
The programme is realised in three presence schools, which are also implemented in the participating partner companies. This enables decentralised action – and provides numerous insights into lived corporate culture and creates contact with role models in various teams.
