This privacy policy explains to you the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) in the context of our website and the associated websites, functions and content as well as external online presences, such as our social media profiles. We at Femtec take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The site can be used without providing personal data. In this respect, we do not collect any data unless you provide us with it yourself by e-mail. In this case, the data will only be used to answer your inquiry and will be deleted if you wish so or if storage is no longer necessary.

Receiver of data

If you have provided us with personal data, these will not be passed on to third parties. A disclosure of information takes place only:

  • in the event of your express consent, which we will request separately in advance and will record in the event of consent;

  • within the framework of order data processing pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO to service providers engaged within the framework of the execution of the contractual relationship;

  • within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations vis-à-vis bodies entitled to receive information; or

  • to the extent permitted by law.

If service providers are used in individual cases, we ensure through contracts and controls that data security and data protection are guaranteed by the service providers. This includes the following categories of contractors: Identification service providers, software developers, server hosts, newsletter senders, customer support, web analysis services.

No data transmission outside the EU / Secure data transmission

The data collected by us is stored exclusively on servers in Germany. Data will not be transmitted to companies outside the European Union. This also applies to service providers commissioned by us to process data. Your personal data will be transmitted securely by us through encryption. This also applies to the login and use of the portal. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). No one can guarantee absolute protection. However, we protect our websites and other systems against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons through technical and organisational measures.

Contact us

When contacting us (e.g. via contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), the user’s details will be processed for the purpose of processing the contact enquiry and processing it in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. User data may be stored in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or comparable inquiry organisation.

Duration of data storage / deletion of data

We store your data within the scope of the permitted duration of use and in accordance with your consent. You have the possibility at any time to object to the use of the data and to request deletion.


The website does not use cookies to improve the user-friendliness of the website. Also, no user information is transferred to Instagram, because the news are pulled from the server via php script and they are directly integrated into html.

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This website uses the web analysis service Matomo (formerly Piwik) in order to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our service and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR. Cookies are stored on your computer for this evaluation.


The IP address transmitted by your browser via Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.
