Diversity is an important value in our company and we benefit from it. That’s why we want to attract and specifically promote outstanding STEM women. The close partnership with Femtec, which has been in place since 2005, helps us to do this

2. What is special about Femtec graduates and scholarship holders?

They are great women who have a desire to develop “technology for life” and drive innovation forward.

3. What does the Femtec Network mean for your organisation?

At Bosch, there are over 80 Femtec Alumnae, who have joined together as Remarkable Women to form an internal network to promote diversity. This is a strong community!

4. What are your messages to the scholarship holders?

Do what gives you energy and strive for the optimum! “Making a career” does not mean the same for everyone and is individual – we support you in this.

5. How do you perceive the Femtec Network?

The Femtec Network is a unique cooperation between companies and universities. It is one of our most successful networks for getting to know outstanding female talents. And we are proud to be part of this great community.
