1. Why did you apply?

I applied for the Femtec Career-Building Programme to get to know exciting topics from the industry, to establish contacts to potential employers and to further my personal development.

2. What is your personal highlight to date?

The highlights for me are the exclusive contacts to the partner companies and, in particular, the opportunity to work independently on an industrial project within one semester through the Innovation Workshop.

3. How do you experience the network?

For me, the network is characterized by a high level of commitment and a lively exchange of scholarship holders. You have the opportunity to exchange ideas with inspiring personalities and make new contacts.

4. What would you recommend to applicants?

Believe in yourself and your abilities and have the courage to apply! The programme offers you not only valuable soft skills training, but also a network beyond the end of the programme.

5. What do you think will be your most important insight?

I have learned a lot about myself by participating in the programme. The programme nicely complements the technical education at the university and prepares me well  for my career entry as an engineer.
