1.Why did you apply?

I applied because I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to get to know these strong, committed and ambitious STEM women who want to make a difference and to exchange ideas with them.

2. What is your personal highlight to date?

The cooperation in the Innovation Workshop was my highlight. I really enjoyed working in a team with so many reliable, interdisciplinary and enthusiastic women.

3. How do you experience the network?

The network is active. They exchange experiences, ask for advice and share inquiries, even if you don’t know them all. The willingness to share and help is there.

4. What would you recommend to applicants?

I definitely recommend participating in the programme. The programme is an absolute enrichment and you learn a lot about yourself, and about dealing with others and communicating with companies.

5. What do you think will be your most important insight?

My  most important insights are how valuable networks like Femtec are,  how productive it is and how much fun it is to work with women like those in Femtec.
