The program aims to strengthen young female graduate trainees in their individual careers and prepare them for responsible positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The Excelle program has been very successful in its planning and implementation. I am very satisfied with the services provided by Femtec. Several projects have already been planned and the program has been expanded. The cooperation with Femtec is characterized by a high degree of professionalism and professional competence in the promotion of talent in the STEM field. In addition, Femtec is characterized by a high level of customer and demand orientation, which enables flexible formats.
