Die F\u00f6rderung von Frauen in MINT-Studieng\u00e4ngen ist heute wichtiger denn je, denn der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel in technischen und naturwissenschaftlichen Berufen stellt unsere Gesellschaft vor gro\u00dfe Herausforderungen. Gemeinsam mit Femtec m\u00f6chten wir talentierte Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte gezielt f\u00f6rdern und ihnen den Einstieg in die Berufswelt erleichtern.
