Ich hatte einen tollen Pfad vor mir. Von aussen betrachtet war alles perfekt. Innerlich habe ich Bauchschmerzen bekommen und immer st\u00e4rker gesp\u00fcrt, dass ich das und vor allem in diesem Umfeld nicht will. Wenn man grade im Hamsterrad ist, ist es wahnsinnig schwer zu merken, wie belastend es gerade ist. Als ich an meinem allerletzten Tag nach Hause gefahren bin sa\u00df ich um Auto und mir wurde da erst klar, wie toxisch das Umfeld f\u00fcr mich gewesen ist und auf was f\u00fcr einer Abw\u00e4rtsspirale ich unterwegs war. Ich bin unendlich froh und dankbar, dass ich das f\u00fcr mich gemerkt habe. I had a great path ahead of me. From the outside, everything was perfect. Inside, I got a stomach ache and felt more and more strongly that I didn\\u2019t want to do this, especially in this environment. When you\\u2019re on the hamster wheel right now, it\\u2019s insanely hard to notice how stressful it is. When I drove home on my very last day, I sat in the car and realized how toxic the environment had been for me and what a downward spiral I was on. I am infinitely glad and grateful that I realized this for myself. Since then I know much better what I have to pay attention to in order to work in a way that fulfills me and does not rob me of my life energy.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you recommend to applicants for the Femtec Career-Building Programme?<\\\/strong><\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>Do your thing. Do it your way. And don\\u2019t let anyone tell you what to do. Regardless of whether you get into the program or not, you\\u2019ve got it!
