Berufsbegleitend habe ich dann erst Kulturmanagement und sp\u00e4ter Psychologie (M.A., B.Sc.) an verschiedenen Universit\u00e4ten studiert sowie zu einem Thema \u00bbzwischen\u00ab Musik-\/Kulturwissenschaften und Psychologie promoviert. Mein Arbeitsbereich war lange die B\u00fchne, da ich auch neben und nach dem Singen Moderations- und Repr\u00e4sentations-T\u00e4tigkeiten in Bildungs- und Wirtschaftskontexten ausge\u00fcbt habe. Heute helfe ich anderen Menschen, ihre Pers\u00f6nlichkeit vor und hinter der B\u00fchne zu entfalten. Dabei geht es mir nicht um Erfolgsversprechen unter dem Vorzeichen eines gesellschaftlichen Paradigmas der Anpassung; vielmehr m\u00f6chte ich Menschen darin best\u00e4rken, ihre individuelle Ausdrucksform zu finden und damit einen Zuwachs an Lebensqualit\u00e4t. While working, I studied cultural management and later psychology (M.A., B.Sc.) at various universities and did a doctorate on a topic \\u201cbetween\\u201d music\\\/cultural studies and psychology. My field of work was the stage for a long time, as I also did moderation and representation work in educational and business contexts besides and after singing. Today I help other people to develop their personality in front of and behind the stage. I am not interested in promises of success under the sign of a social paradigm of conformity; rather, I want to encourage people to find their individual form of expression and thus an increase in quality of life.
