1. Why did you apply?

I was looking for a network and support, which is individually tailored to the participants, expands the competence profile and helps me through regular exchanges in workshops, seminars and other offers in cooperation with companies. Femtec  stands for these aspects, and that’s why I applied.

2. What is your personal highlight to date?

My personal highlights are the seminar on determining the location and objectives; the familiarity and openness of the participants after this short time; mutual listening, value-free commenting; and strengthening. The spirit and this atmosphere on these two days was simply incredibly inspiring.

3. How do you experience the network?

I experience the network as open, incredibly supportive, invigorating, inspiring, motivating… it is always there for you (our course always supports each other at every point that one of us addresses and there is encouragement and helpful suggestions), the companies are very open to us and happy to help with any concerns.

4. What would you recommend to applicants?

It will become clear that this is not just some kind of support, but the entry into a new little world, where you should be actively involved, and get a lot back. In case of doubt: simply apply!

5. What do you think will be your most important insight?

Most important insight: There are sooo many great women out there, of similar ages, with similar situations (studies), who all had to struggle with similar topics, and yet are so different. Everyone has great stories to tell and you can learn a lot from each other.
