Project KIM

The “KIM” Project -- stands for “career paths of highly-qualified young female professionals in the STEM fields”.

The KIM Project focused on the in-depth experience of Femtec.Alumnae professionals who are working for different employers. Femtec.Alumnae act as the barometers of their generation, who will strongly impact the professional world. The project initiated an exchange of information among Femtec.Alumnae to get information based on experience, insights, and assessments concerning the start of the career and different career paths. The implementation was carried out during various workshop sessions with (young) professionals and employers. At the high-profile practical dialogue on September 10, 2015, recommendations for action for the targeted recruitment, development, and retention of female STEM talent in companies and scientific institutions were introduced, take a look at the results here:
