“Math, computer science, natural sciences and technology are fun, shape our future and are very cool. Getting women excited about STEM subjects and opening up the best possible career opportunities for them is therefore an important goal for us. For example, we have been offering a women’s degree program in computer science at HTW Berlin since 2009. The collaboration with Femtec is now another important building block for attracting young female engineers and providing them with the best possible support from school to career entry.”
