With the largest number of R&D and innovation locations outside the USA and seven German production plants for many of our leading brands such as Oral-B, Ariel, Pampers, Gillette and Braun, P&G Germany offers a wide range of national and international career entry, development and career opportunities within the company. At our production sites in Euskirchen, Berlin, Crailsheim and Groß Gerau, among others, we manufacture products for the entire world market and in some cases support the production of production lines at various locations in Europe. Using state-of-the-art technology, we are expanding our leading market position, and this offers a unique opportunity to apply technical competence and management talent under real conditions and with concrete tasks.

The collaboration with Femtec enables P&G to promote female engineering and natural science talents during their studies. In addition, we see Femtec as an ideal partner for attracting and inspiring highly qualified graduates to our company. In addition to professional aspects, gender equality within the framework of the P&G Citizenship Strategy is a focus area of our commitment in addition to ecological sustainability, local contribution as well as diversity and integration.

“Since starting my career at P&G, I have been given more and more responsibility, after two years as a team leader and after four years as a department manager. The fact that “as a woman” I am the boss of 50 men is not discussed here. I particularly like how much trust is placed in me. Through good coaching, I learn every day and have the opportunity to help shape the future. I am particularly pleased about the cooperation between P&G and Femtec. I hope to meet more alumnae in the company soon. The fact that my company supports Femtec makes me proud, because what Femtec does is not important for women, but also for society.”
